We have been waiting very patiently for a good snowfall so we can go out and play in the snow. We have had a few dustings, but nothing to get excited about. Finally we woke up and the grass was covered. After breakfast we got all of our gear on and headed out.
Once we got outside we realized there wasn't as much as we had thought, but still enough to play. Jackson pulled Aubrin around the yard and then I pulled them across the golf course- what a workout that was!
As we were on the golf course we realized that the snow was a bit heaver out there so we went home and the kids each got their saucers and off we went to find a good hill. The kids had a blast. By the time we were done, we had made it down to the grass, but they still had a ball. I was shocked by the "no fear" attitude Aubrin had going down the hill. She and Jackson were racing and she even tumbled off her saucer- no tears, just giggles!
The following weekend. We following weekend we got a bit more snow that allowed up to sled a bit longer.
I'm not a snow lover by any means, but if it's going be cold it may as well snow!
