Field Trip

Jackson went on his 2nd preschool field trip. They went to a gym called Bounce. Jackson had a great time walking on the balance beams, doing "tricks" on the rings and running around with all of his classmates.

Halloween Weekend

Carving pumpkins, eating candy, trick or treating...what a great weekend. Jackson and Aubrin helped get all of the seeds out of their pumpkins. Both giggling the whole time because it was slimy and cold. We were happy that it stopped raining in time to go trick or treating. Todd took Jackson out trick or treating with a few of his little pals in the neighborhood, while Aubrin and I stayed home and passed out candy to all of the kids. Happy Halloween!!!!

School Pumpkin Party

Jackson had a pumpkin party at school this week. There was all different activities set up for the kids to do with their parents. Jackson loved stringing a Halloween bracelet, tossing the ghosts in the tub and making different crafts. I was so happy that I could go and share the fun with him.

Halloween Festivities

We had such a fun weekend with many Halloween festivities. We wish Todd could have been here to share them with us, but he is having a boys weekend in Las Vegas! On Saturday we went to the Boo Bash in downtown Milford. It was very wet and rainy, but the kids had a great time trick or treating. Today we went to the Halloween party at our clubhouse. Aubrin had a great time dancing to the music and looking at all the kids costumes. Jackson played all of the games and won fun prizes. He was very excited that Grandma and Grandpa Olenech came to the party with us. After the party we came back to our house to celebrate my dads birthday. It was a fun time had by all.

Child of The Day

On Tuesday Jackson was the child of the day at school. He had to bring snack for all of his classmates. Jackson decided to take grapes, apple juice and make apple muffins. Jackson helped make the muffins the night before. Jackson also had to bring something special to share with the class. He took all of his tools to show. He also read a book to the class with Mrs. Katie. He was so excited!

Fun Fall Weekend

We had a great weekend. We stayed around the house playing on Saturday and then went and picked pumpkins out at my schools pumpkin sale. Today we went to a Halloween party in the barn at Three Cedars Cider Farm in Northville. Jackson and Aubrin got to wear their Halloween costumes. Jackson has been so excited to wear his fireman outfit and we all thought Aubrin was a very cute Dalmatian. The kids had a great time trick or treating at the party, feeding the goats and looking at all the pumpkins. Happy Fall!

Fun Visit

This past week Erin and the babies were in town. My dad took the train to Chicago last Friday morning and drove home with Erin and the babies on Saturday. Jayson flew in at the end of the week to drive back with her today. It was so great to see how much Will and Emerson have grown. Jackson and Aubrin had a great time spending the day with their cousins on Wednesday. Jackson got out all of the toys he thought the babies would play with and waited patiently for them to arrive. Aubrin was very curious about the babies, but was very gentle and loving with them. I got to spend a little time with my sister catching up. It was so good to see her.
